Grounding

Somatic Practices for Presence, Stability & Inner Support

Grounding is a way of coming home to yourself
— gently, naturally, and without force.

Grounding

Somatic Meditation for Real Life

Grounding is a simple, body-based way of coming home to yourself.

Rather than trying to quiet the mind or achieve a particular state, these practices invite attention into the body — into sensation, breath, and presence.

As awareness settles into the body, the nervous system naturally softens, energy gathers, and presence becomes something you feel, not something you force. Over time, this creates a reliable sense of inner ground that carries into daily life.

The practices draw on well-established principles of somatic awareness and body-based healing to support self-regulation and body–mind–heart coherence without becoming clinical or abstract.

Each series offers a slightly different doorway into the same essential work. While there is overlap of techniques across series, repetition is the basis for how the body learns, trusts, and integrates.

You’re welcome to return again and again.

DAILY GROUND

A 12-day series of short, guided somatic meditations designed to help you establish — or return to — a steady daily practice.

Offered two to three times per year, this format is often experienced like a gentle mini-retreat: simple, immersive, and surprisingly grounding.

GROUNDING SESSIONS

A 4–6 week series of guided somatic meditations, meeting two to three times per week.

This slower, more spacious rhythm allows time for integration between practices and fits naturally into everyday life, offering steady support over the course of a season.
