Private Sessions

Personalized, heart-centered support
for healing, integration, and inner resourcing.

There are moments in life

when we are called to deepen our capacity.

Whether you’re in a major life transition, carrying significant responsibility, or searching for deeper meaning, this work offers you a gentle path to reconnect, re-center, and replenish. From this place of inner resource, you can meet life's challenges with more ease and less strain.

People come to this work for many reasons.  Perhaps your recognize yourself in one of these moments:

You are navigating a threshold.
Illness. Grief. Recovery. Surgery. A leadership shift. Caregiving. Divorce. A spiritual turning point. Something meaningful has changed — or is changing — and you want support that feels steady, grounded, and deeply human.

You are carrying a great deal.
You are capable. Others rely on you. You may appear strong on the outside while quietly feeling fatigued or mentally overloaded on the inside. You’re ready for a way of living that doesn’t depend on constant analysis, over-functioning, or emotional bracing.

You have done the work — and something still hasn’t landed.
You’ve read, studied, reflected. You may have explored therapy, yoga, meditation, or spiritual traditions. And yet there is a subtle sense that the understanding is still living in your head. You long for a direct, embodied experience of clarity and authentic presence.

Wherever you find yourself, the starting point is the same:  returning to inner ground.

Heart-Oriented Awareness

At the heart of this work is developing a direct, lived relationship with your deeper self — what I often refer to as the heart-self. This isn’t a concept or belief system, but a felt inner reference point that can be returned to in the midst of everyday life.

As attention shifts from the thinking mind into embodied awareness, many patterns begin to soften naturally. From this orientation, the work becomes less about fixing or overriding experience and more about meeting it with presence, clarity, and choice.

Sessions draw on somatic awareness, gentle movement, breath, imagery, and contemplative inquiry to support integration and deepening capacity — emotionally, relationally, and spiritually. The emphasis is on cultivating inner knowing and self-trust, so that what unfolds in our sessions continues to live and grow beyond them.

When that inner ground begins to feel real and reliable, something shifts. The judgmental or critical mind no longer has to run the show. We regain a tremendous amount of energy and clarity — not because we’ve forced ourselves into positivity, but because we’re no longer bracing against our own experience. Strength begins to feel natural, not hardened.

This is a relational form of mentorship grounded in heart-centered awareness — supporting insight, repair, and meaningful change without force.

Grounded in Experience

This work is informed by over three decades of study and lived practice in yoga, meditation, somatic healing, and contemplative traditions. Over the years, I’ve supported individuals through illness, grief, transition, spiritual inquiry, and leadership challenges — always with an emphasis on grounded presence and practical integration.

My role is not to fix or direct your life, but to help you reconnect with the inner ground that allows you to meet it more fully.

Inner Resource Program

The Inner Resource Program is a focused, supportive container designed to help you reconnect with your innermost self as a stable reference point — and gently integrate that orientation into daily life.

Rather than analyzing or processing experience in the usual way, this work invites a more direct, embodied shift in attention. Many people notice that when awareness settles into the heart-self, something reorganizes. The analytical mind no longer has to carry everything, and the nervous system finds more room.

Some describe it as deeply calming and rejuvenating — like taking a long drink of fresh mountain water after being mentally “on” for too long. Others notice a subtle inner clarity that arrives without effort — like drawing from a deeper current that was already present.

Over time, this orientation tends to conserve energy rather than deplete it, allowing strength and softness to coexist.

This work can stand on its own or serve as a supportive complement to other therapies, healing modalities, or spiritual practices you may already be engaged in.

The program includes:

  • 4 private 1:1 sessions, scheduled over ~3 months

  • Lifetime access to the Inner Resource Library
(recorded talks, guided meditations, and embodied practices for ongoing integration)

Investment: $1,500
